About 100 Black Men of Central Virginia

The purpose of the 100 Black Men of Central Virginia (100 BMOCV) is to improve the quality of life within the community and advocate eliminating the achievement gap of African American (AA) male students through mentoring by the members. The organization is inclusive in its efforts for public involvement. 100 BMOCV is a non-profit organization and non-partisan.

The 100 Black Men of Central Virginia advocate for the elimination of the achievement gap of African American males in grades K -12.

The 100 Black Men of Central Virginia is committed to advocating for progressive change in Central Virginia communities in education, health, civics, and economics. In addition to mentoring young African American males in our communities, 100 Black Men of Central Virginia provides mentorship and support to the men who are members of our organization.
