100 Black Men of South Metro, Atlanta Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to providing comprehensive mentoring, education, and leadership development programs to youth in the Atlanta, Georgia metropolitan area. The organization specializes in youth mentorship through its flagship Rites of Passage Academy, which has successfully graduated over 1,500 mentees since its inception. The chapter offers structured mentoring programs, educational enrichment opportunities, leadership training, and scholarship assistance designed to guide young men through their developmental years. Since its founding in 1990, 100 Black Men of South Metro has facilitated the distribution of over 3.5 million dollars in scholarships to program participants, demonstrating a sustained commitment to educational advancement. The organization's programming includes the Emerging 100 and Best Foot Forward initiatives, which provide foundational support for youth development. Operating in the Clayton County and South Fulton County areas of Atlanta, the chapter serves as a beacon of leadership by utilizing the diverse talents and professional expertise of its members to create environments where young people are motivated to achieve.
