Founded in 1975, the New Castle County (DE) Chapter has remained active in community service within the Delaware Community for more than thirty years.

Jack and Jill of America, Incorporated, is a premier African-American organization of mothers who are dedicated to nurturing and strengthening children between the ages of 2-19. Our focus is developing our children as strong future leaders while keeping community service in their hearts.
