About Jack and Jill of America, Inc. The Woodlands Chapter

Jack and Jill of America, Inc. is an African-American membership organization of mothers who nurture future leaders by strengthening children ages 2-19 through chapter programming, community service, legislative advocacy, and philanthropic giving.

The Woodlands Chapter of Jack and Jill was founded in 1986. There are 50 mother-members and 8 Associates of The Woodlands Chapter, dedicated to building future African-American leaders. We emphasize the importance of family and extended family relationships, black history, community service, legislative advocacy, and philanthropic giving. We seek for ALL children the same advantages we desire for our own and believe every child, with proper guidance and opportunity, can be a leader.
