About National Association of Black Accountants, Inc. Atlanta Chapter
The NABA Atlanta Chapter was founded in 1974 by men and women committed to expanding the experience of minority professionals in the Atlanta community. Over 40 years later, the Atlanta Chapter is the largest chapter in the NABA Southern Region and the second largest chapter in the nation, with approximately 400 members. The Atlanta chapter has cultivated several past presidents, who have served in national and regional roles shaping the future of NABA. Members of the professional chapter participate in community outreach programs, serve our students and enjoy opportunities to learn from and network with our corporate partners.
The mission of the NABA, Inc. Atlanta Chapter is to address the professional needs of its members and to build leaders that shape the future of the accounting and finance profession with an unfaltering commitment to inspire the same in their successors.
The Chapter will be the premier professional association for accounting and finance professionals by providing optimal value to all of our stakeholders through innovative programming, leadership development, mentorship and engagement.
The Chapter exists to unite accountants, finance and business related professionals and students who have similar interests and ideals and promote public confidence in our members and the services they provide.
